At PrimeSleep SA, we are committed to delivering your sleep system safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Delivery Areas
PrimeSleep SA delivers nationwide across South Africa.
Delivery coverage includes:
• Major metropolitan areas
• Regional towns
• Selected remote areas (subject to courier availability)
If your area is classified as remote by our courier partners, additional delivery time or surcharge may apply. You will be notified before dispatch if applicable.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery Time:
2–5 Business Days
Business days exclude:
• Saturdays
• Sundays
• Public holidays
Please note:
• Delivery timelines begin once payment has been confirmed.
• During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or high-volume seasons, slight delays may occur.
PrimeSleep SA is not responsible for delays caused by courier operational issues, weather conditions, unrest, or force majeure events.
3. Third-Party Courier Services
All deliveries are conducted by authorized third-party logistics providers.
Once your order has been dispatched:
• You will receive tracking information (where available).
• The courier becomes responsible for transport to the delivery address provided.
PrimeSleep SA does not control courier routing schedules but will assist in communication where required.
4. Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on:
• Delivery location
• Order size
• Quantity
Free delivery promotions (if applicable) apply only to qualifying areas and order values as stated on the website at the time of purchase.
5. Delivery Process
Deliveries are curbside unless otherwise stated.
This means:
• Couriers will deliver to the entrance of your property.
• Couriers are not obligated to carry items inside buildings, upstairs, or into specific rooms.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Adequate access for delivery vehicles
• Someone is present to receive the order
• Correct delivery details are provided
Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information may result in redelivery charges.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect goods at the time of delivery.
If visible damage is noted:
• Report immediately to the courier
• Take clear photographs
• Notify PrimeSleep SA within 24 hours at primesleepza@gmail.com
Failure to report visible damage within 24 hours may affect claims.
7. Risk & Ownership
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the provided address.
PrimeSleep SA is not responsible for:
• Theft after delivery
• Damage occurring after signed acceptance
• Incorrect addresses supplied by the customer
8. Trade & Bulk Orders
Trade and bulk orders may require:
• Extended handling time
• Scheduled delivery windows
• Palletized freight delivery
Lead times for bulk orders will be confirmed upon order processing.
Bulk deliveries may be delivered via freight carriers and may require offloading assistance on site.
9. Remote & Special Access Locations
For:
• Farms
• Estates
• Security complexes
• Construction sites
Customers must:
• Arrange access clearance
• Provide security codes if required
If access is denied or delayed, redelivery charges may apply.
10. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, details will be emailed after dispatch.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control
PrimeSleep SA is not liable for delays caused by:
• Courier operational disruptions
• Strikes
• Extreme weather
• National emergencies
• Civil unrest
• Load shedding affecting logistics hubs
We will communicate any known disruptions as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Customer unavailability
Additional redelivery fees will apply.
13. Delivery Confirmation
A signature, OTP confirmation, or courier delivery confirmation may be required upon delivery.
This serves as proof of successful fulfillment.
At PrimeSleep SA, we work exclusively with trusted logistics partners to ensure your complete bed set "Base, Mattress, and legs"arrives safely and securely. While we do not operate our own delivery fleet at this stage, every order is carefully packaged and prepared to meet our internal quality standards before dispatch.
