Warranty Policy

All Prime Sleep foam mattresses include a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Note, "Basic Business Registration" is excluded.

Coverage

• Sagging Threshold: Permanent body impressions exceeding 20mm.
  
• Manufacturing Defects: Material or workmanship defects (e.g., uneven foam density, broken components).

Exclusions

• Damage caused by improper use, accident, or abuse.
  
• Normal wear and tear outside the sagging threshold.

Claim Process

1. Contact our support team with proof of purchase.
   
2. Provide photos and a description of the defect.
   
3. We assess the claim and provide repair, replacement, or refund as per policy.
