Returns & Cooling-Off Policy

In accordance with Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), customers have 5 business days to cancel purchases resulting from direct marketing (including online promotions).

Hygiene-sensitive products (like foam mattresses) may be excluded from return once opened, unless found defective.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the cooling-off period. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
